Main Research Directions

Nanometer-sized II–VI semiconductor materials: including quantum dots doped and undoped with transition metal ions, rare-earth doped quantum dots, ternary quantum dots, heterostructures, and SiO₂-coated quantum dots. The focus is primarily on fabrication techniques and optical properties of these materials, with applications in optoelectronic devices and biomedical labeling.
