Professor Somi Kim Cho is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Biotechnology & Biomaterials and serves as an editor for several other specialized scientific journals. According to Google Scholar, she has received over 8,000 citations with an h-index of 49. Her research interests include Food Science, Apoptosis, Biotechnology, Food Biotechnology, and Food Biochemistry.
